The security of your personal information is extremely important to us.  ALE Solutions, Inc. takes all reasonable technical and organizational precautions to prevent the loss, misuse, or alteration of your personal information.  We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it.  All electronic transactions through the website are protected by encryption technology. We view your personal information as strictly confidential material and will not share it with any other entity. When you fill in any form on the ALE Solutions website, we will receive, store and process your personal information in our database and use it as necessary to communicate with you.

Your responsibilities:

  • Any changes to claim data you provided needs to be communicated to ALE Solutions in a timely manner.
  • When an adjuster or manager is terminated or resigns from your business, ALE Solutions needs to be notified as soon as possible. As a result of not receiving notice or receiving notice in an untimely manner, ALE Solutions will not be held liable for any issue(s) that may arise.
  • If your business has a security incident that may affect ALE Solutions, we need to be notified right away.

Collection and Use of Information

In order to use the MyALE website, you must first either call to create an account, or complete the self-service account registration form. During registration you are required to provide us with a claim number we have on file and your email address that matches with the claim number. We use this information to create an account for you, as well as send you confirmation emails for any requested changes.  After providing a claim number and email address, we will send you an email to verify your user account.

Once you have created an account you are able to provide additional information such as your name, additional contact information, billing address, mailing address, contact and billing preferences.

We allow you to request housing through MyALE which requires personal information about your policyholders. The policyholder information we collect will be name, physical address, phone number, and any information regarding the claim that you may be adding to the site (e.g. claim number, policy type).

Access to Information

If your personal information changes, or if you no longer desire our service, you may correct, update, amend, or delete inaccuracies by making the change on the MyALE Profile page, emailing our Customer Support at, or by calling us at (866) 885-9785 .

Data Retention

We will retain your information (including geo-location data) for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you wish to cancel your account or request that we no longer use your information to provide you services, contact us at the email address listed above. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may disclose your personal information as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, or investigate fraud.

If ALE Solutions, Inc. is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, you will be notified via email and/or a prominent notice on our website of any change in ownership or uses of your personal information, as well as any choices you may have regarding your personal information.

Service Related Announcements

We will send you service-related announcements on rare occasions when it is necessary to do so. For instance, if our service is temporarily suspended for maintenance, you will be notified on the login page of the MyALE Claims Portal.

As is true of most websites, we gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data. We use this information, which does not identify individual users, to analyze trends, to administer the site, to track users' movements around the site and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. We do not link this automatically-collected data to personally identifiable information.


A cookie is a small text file that is stored on a user's computer for record-keeping purposes. We use cookies on this site. We do not link the information we store in cookies to any personally identifiable information you submit while on our site.

Clear Gifs

Our third party advertising partners employ a software technology called clear gifs (a.k.a. web beacons/web bugs), that help us better manage content on our site by informing us what content is effective. Clear gifs are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies, and are used to track the online movements of web users. In contrast to cookies, which are stored on a user's computer hard drive, clear gifs are embedded invisibly on web pages and are about the size of the period at the end of this sentence. We do not tie the information gathered by clear gifs to our customers' personally identifiable information.
